Changing Your Password
The Change Password option is included in the Settings section of the Merchant Console. This section is setup for users who do not have access to the Users section of the console to change the password through there. Individual users can change their password in this section.
To change your current password, enter it into the Current Password field and then enter you desired new password into both the New Password and Confirm Password fields and click the Change Password button at the bottom of the screen. Due to Visa/MasterCard regulations, all account passwords must conform to the following guidelines:
- Must be at least 8 characters long.
- Must include at least one letter and one number.
- Cannot be the same as any of the previous 4 passwords used.
- Must be changed at least once every 90 days.
